We're Still Driving

The concept of divination being a "sin" has been presented to me more than once. The one thing that folks who bring this to my attention have in common is ignorance. One should never condemn what one doesn't understand. If this is done it is a result of misdirected fear, not righteousness.

The use of divination, however, is serious business and there are certain universal laws that must be observed when using this tool. It is not a game and is not to be taken lightly. It is a way of bringing out knowledge that we already possess, a gift that we are all given by the creator,  by using cards, runes, or any other positive tool. Those who are well developed can do it without the use of these items though many do so anyway because it is less intimidating to the person they are working with.

Serious Rules Regarding Divination

Accept that nothing is written in stone till one plants a seed. Normally "seed planting" is a wonderful thing, sometimes fruitful and sometimes not but we must realize that this is not the area to do that with. NEVER tell someone they're going to die or that anything is absolutely going to happen. Divination is not to be used to create a reality for people before they have an opportunity to influence it. If a reader is psychic and sees or feels that something horrible may happen to the querent it is their responsibility to say "be careful when driving for the next couple weeks" or "keep a close eye on your surroundings", for the warning is the divinitory sign not the reality that "this" will happen.

Divination (done properly) is a tool for helping one to know   what type of situations to expect and what choices they may be confronted with. It is meant for guidance in matters of importance such as the spiritual path or a particular situation that is especially confusing or upsetting. It allows insight but is never to be used in a way that would create fear or a feeling of inevitable fate (for there is no such thing).

Also, we deal with life with or without divination. In the end it may have given a bit of direction but our choices usually remain the same, regardless. We have lessons to learn in life and we'll go against guidance or warnings in a minute if it's necessary for our personal growth.

Never depend on divination for every little thing that you do. Use your will and listen to your inner voice. They provide exceptional guidance in most situations.

With this in mind - Enjoy
