Paganism

"I'm Not Bad, I'm Just Drawn That Way"

I feel that Jessica Rabbit in the movie "Roger Rabbit" made a very powerful statement about society when she said "I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way." The source may be trivial in relation to the subject of Paganism but the words still work.

Society has drawn "pictures" of cultures, religions, etc. for centuries. These images have become so strong that stereo types and reality are one and the same to many of us... even those who struggle to overcome them. A good example of this would be my own vision of blackness and negativity when one mentions paganism. I know better than that but the social label still registers automatically. I have struggled with that type of programming constantly.

Pagan religions and belief systems are all about harmony and love. Those things, in my opinion, are far from being negative. So, for those who are searching for the truth about paganism and those who already know and practice it.... welcome.

Love and Light to all of you.
